Position Description With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Credit Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for: Allocation and receipting of payments Daily reconciliation of the accounts Daily banking Follow up on outstanding debt Collections of outstanding payments Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks Handle queries with internal and external stakeholders General administration duties Ad hoc duties to assist the broader team Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable position, along with the following skills and attributes: First class communication and presentation attributes. A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude. High level interpersonal and time management skills. Attention to detail, initiative and strong negotiation skills. Effective time management & organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
